(From The 08/22/2020 Show) Normally held at the Visulite Theatre each spring, Wes Lawson and Bill Bartee of Jesse Brown’s Outdoors discuss the upcoming Fly Fishing Film Tour (F3T) which is being held virtually this year, starting August 27th at 7PM. The guys discuss the different movies which will show during the event, movies that span settings all around the world. One film, Common Thread, focuses on a 70-year-old widow fishing in Canada, while another film, TIME, reminisces on the legacy of Lefty Kreh told from the perspective of men affected by his career in fly-fishing. There is the usual excitement too, such as fishing in the Seychelles, Baja California, and the Gunnison River. We hope that you’ll join the pre-movie conversation with Jesse Brown’s on Facebook Live,(www.facebook.com/JesseBrownsclt) beginning at 6PM. Purchase your tickets for the event here: https://flyfilmtour.myeventscenter.com/event/North-Carolina-Charlotte-2020-F3t-Digital-Event-38567. Jesse Brown’s is also hosting a raffle benefitting our local friends in conservation, veteran services, and fly-fishing education. We hope to ‘see’ you then and there!
