We’re heading towards the water on the Carolina Outdoors. In fact, all the way into the water. Joe Sheridan has been on the program before. His business has moved from the North Carolina coastal city of Wilmington to the western Puerto Rican town of Rincon. The business? Waterman Survival. Its focus? Properly training people that are in and around water to control their bodies through breathing techniques and prevent hypoxia.
Sheridan joins Carolina Outdoor host, Bill Bartee, to chat about proper training & increasing your ability to “hold your breath” underwater.
