We have one of the healthiest, and most prolific Scouting programs in the United States. One of the reasons is the Mecklenburg County Council of BSA. The Packs, Troops, & Crews that make up the Council continue to evolve as the national organization also changes.
Jonathan Russell, Director of Development, Mecklenburg County Council, Boy Scouts of America joins host Bill Bartee on the Carolina Outdoors to talk about that health & evolution in our area.
