The Carolina biathlon seems to be hunting and fishing, better known as a “cast and blast.” Carolina Outdoors alumni guest Joe Neely, the North Carolina representative from the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA), joins in with the Outdoor Guys to discuss how his organization combines these two activities to educate and advocate for our shared natural resources such as lands, fisheries, waters, and more. CCA North Carolina is hosting their western NC annual dove hunt season opener on Saturday, September 7th in Shelby, NC (complete with BBQ of course!) to benefit this mission and there are plenty of spots left to join in the fun!
